The following information identifies terms and conditions fo Witchapalooza Music Dinner Theater and Breakfast with a Witch at Gardner Village. Please scroll below for information on each.

When you place your order, your name, address and email are stored for order fulfillment purposes. We do not store credit card info, and we do NOT sell or share your address or email with anyone.

Witchapalooza Music Dinner Show Terms & Conditions - Our goal at Gardner Village is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchasing process for our Witchapalooza Music Dinner Theater. If you have any questions about the procedure, contact us directly at 801.566.0917.

Gardner Village accepts the following forms of payment to accommodate your needs. Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. There will be a $2 convenience fee per ticket purchased. Tax will be added at check out. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or page after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message of service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Credit Card Customer Service Department as to whether or not the order has been placed. Gardner Village will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order has been placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the date of your purchase.

Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable to another date. Tickets are sold reserved and VIP seating on a first-come first-serve basis. A printed page of your confirmation is required to check in on the day of your performance. Tickets will NOT be mailed to you. Tickets may be picked up in the lobby of The Gathering Place anytime after 6:00 pm the evening of the performance. Show doors open at 6:45 pm, and the performance begins promptly at 7:00 pm. If you are attending a matinee, tickets will be available anytime after 1:00 pm. Doors open at 1:45 pm, and the performance begins promptly at 2 pm. Please note, if you are attending Witchapalooza during Witches Night Out or Wee Witches Weekend, October 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 28 or 29, 2016, there will be a $5 per car event parking fee that evening. You will receive valuable Gardner Village coupons when you pay to park.

Please note, if you are attending Breakfast with a Witch during Witches Night Out or Wee Witches Weekend, October 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 28 or 29, 2016, there will be a $5 per car event parking fee the 10:30 am show. You will receive valuable Gardner Village coupons when you pay to park.
